This policy covers tenslo.com. It is written to be read, so it is short. If something in it is unclear, write to hello@tenslo.com.
What we collect
- The contact form: your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message.
- Visit counts: anonymous page views and load times, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies, nothing that identifies you.
What we don’t do
- This site sets no cookies.
- It runs no tracking pixels or ad scripts, and we don’t sell or share your details.
- We email you only to reply to your message.
Where it goes
When you send the form, our server passes it on. When email delivery is set up, your message goes to our inbox through Resend, with your address as the reply-to, and we may also record in PostHog that a message arrived, with its topic, your name and your email address, but not the message itself. When email delivery isn’t set up, the whole message is recorded as an event in PostHog instead, and we read it there.
Like any website, the servers that host this one may keep standard request logs, such as IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site running.
How long we keep it
We keep a contact message for as long as the conversation needs.
The products
This policy is about the website. Tenslo Code runs on your computer and has no Tenslo account or server: Tenslo never receives your code, prompts or history, and your agents talk to their providers under your own sign-ins. A self-hosted Tenslo Bot keeps its data on your infrastructure. Tenslo Bot and Tenslo Chat will describe how they handle data when access opens more widely. See Security for how each product works today.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@tenslo.com from the address you used. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
